My wife and I have put together our own separation agreement. We have two originals and both are signed and notarized. I understand that these documents do not need to be filed in court. So, what should I do with them?

I am in the middle of a divorce. I have a soon to be 2 yeard old. My wife, and my daughters mother, walked out on us a couple of weeks after our daughters first birthday. She has admitted to having an affair. I was expectign this since I had installed a screen capture program on our home computer and our laptop and saw very explicit chats with other men. Her attorney is stating this is illegal and I will be charged with wiretapping. Since our seperation, I am paying all bills for my wife and myself from a joint bank account. We have a temporary parenting plan and she does not spend over 15% of her alloted time with our daughter. She is now coming back and stating she needs more time with our daughter so she can collect child support. I caught my wife having her boyfriend over at her apartment while she was keeping our daughter, then I also found out she was taking our daughter to his apartment on some weekends. I had her charged with contempt and the judged ruled against her in the trips to his apartment. My daughters pediatrican stated in a deposition that my wife should have at most supervised visitation since my wife has been diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder and was discharged from the Navy due to that. My wife kept this hidden from me for our 5 year marriage and stated she had just been injured repelling.

First, are screen capture programs illegal on home computers that we both use?
Where can I find Legal documentation to back this up?
Second, where does it stand if since I have our daughters pediatrician testifying, the contempt charges, and the lack of visitiation my wife has with our daughter in custody of my daughter?

My wife stated in marriage counsellign that she does nto want to be known as my wife, known as our daughters mother, but as herself.

Thanks

Hi. I have already gotten my divorce and now my ex has brought a civil suit against me stating I cashed some business checks for personal use in our divorce. He is continually trying to open up issues .... I have been under sever emotional distress to the point that I signed our original seperation agreement with out consent of an attorney under the impression that when I did this we would remain together and work on our marriage. Can I go back now and fight my divorce even though it is over?

I am considering legal seperation and/or divorce .my question is,I have a very stubborn husband whom will not move out. He does not want divorce. The house lease is in my name. His name is on the deed only;however,he does pay house note. I am seeking Seperation because
Of neglect, heavy gambling addiction,a lot of verbal and emotional abuse. I have a 9yr old son whom he yells at all time and myself. What are my rights as wife and mother?can I put him out?can I get his name off deed if house is on my name?I want him out. What can I do?

My soon to be x and I agreed to place our primary residence on the market at what I thought to be a higher price than it would bring, thinking that if we did not receive any offers after a short time, we could reduce the price and therefore maybe sell it. NaturallyIi would like to sell it for as much as possible. However when we received an offer within a couple of weeks it was only 2/3 of our asking price. My husband then told the realtor that he would not take less than 90% of our asking price. This is more than we can sell for given the current housing market. Can I make him list the property at a price that it will sell at?
