In August my husband left me in York, Pa before that we were both living in NC; apparently he was having an affair and now she is living in the house; I have had to quit 3 jobs due to him; 1 was cause I relocated to NC with him and when he left me sit back in York I also had to quit 2 other jobs. He is now telling me he will take the car from me which is in his name but he has the other one, can he do this? What are my legal rights and what am I entitled to, the only things that I have other then the car are some of my personal belongings he has everything else, I really didn’t want this to get ugly but it seems to be the way it is going. If you have any advice please e-mail this to me as I’m up here in Pa.
Thank You

I have never even threatened you with taking the car back. I wouldn’t have left the car with you if that was my plan. I bought you a mattress set, you took my car, everything that I had in my house, trashed the house before you left, and stole things that were given to me be my parents and past relationships. You have taken everything from me. All that you left me with is all the bills.
