I need some advice, I live in NY, however I want to know your advise. Today a judge forced me to pay child support for 17% of my salary (above the $80K). Additionally, I need to pay for child care (nanny) 60% caped over $1K/month. This because my ex travel 3 out of 4 weeks per month, despite the fact that I take care of my child when she is out. She stated that it was to much for my daughter to travel from NYC to Westchester (I drive her) and back to go to school. Is this fair? Are there any cases where a Judge has rule this way or in my favor as a precedent?

Unfortunately, we don’t practice in New York. We have a list of attorneys we would recommend in the New York area on our website at http://www.rosen.com/familylaw/
