who gets the kids if a couple divorce or separate when they live in NC? Both parents are working professionals, but the husband has an issue with stress and anger. He threatens to get custody of the kids. The mother doesn’t know what would make him happy. He seems to blow up on any slight issues and would fear for the safety of her kids.
