We work at the same job site and he makes more money than I. We have a child support case in court already but I know that he makes a lot more money, when we went to court he had a letter stating that he would not be doing more over time but that is a lie, right before we go to court he would stop working, then once the amount was enforce he would go back to over time. He has always worked over time, but the judge didn't want to count it but the child support laywer and I were confused because with the over time he make 3x what I make.I know this because he worked like this while we were living together. I have talked with a lawyer but I honestly can't afford to pay the amount he is asking and I can't get any kind of help. I don't think that I should have to wait 3 years brfore I can bring the case up before a judge again. He does work over time and the agency wanted me to get more but the judge said no, he work over time as much as he can and the agency told the judge this. I need help, he doesn't even get the girls or call them he has no contact with them at all. The lifestyle that he has grown to love he still gets to live it, while I struggle with our two daughters. His relationship with my neice has torned my family apart. What am I to do, when he left he took everything out of our home and left us with a empty house to come home to, he also took both cars and gave one to his girlfried and then it got repossed, so now my credit is torn up. What am I to do. I want the best for my girls, but it is hard when he lied about his income and we are living off of my check.
