This method is certainly more efficient, generally faster, and potentially costs less. Collaborative divorce is very useful for families with children who are dealing with co-parenting issues and for spouses looking to separate while maintaining an amicable relationship with the ex spouse. One thing is for sure: it is definitely has a better outcome, as both parties agree on the mutually beneficial goal and solution and leaves them feeling better, if not great, about the result.
