Lee Rosen appeared on the NPR talk-show On Point hosted by Tom Ashbrook to discuss the values of collaborative divorce, a practice on which the Rosen Law Firm focuses. The collaborative process is a new approach to divorce law, being unpopular with many traditionally-minded divorce lawyers while those who have embraced it claim that it is a far more peaceful and civil process, protecting the interests and well-being of the children, less stressful for the divorcing couple, and overall creating less collateral damage for all involved.
