You dont have to share the same house or apartment to have sex... you can have sex in a car... will we pass a law to make it illegal for people of the opposite sex to ride in the same vehicle together?? Its 2007, move on, if cohabitaion was the evil that caused adultery then we need to move to segregated workplaces...
