Some experts say marriage lowers your stress levels and reduces your heart-failure rate. But when you add in the stress of the in-laws, children, and everything else that marriage brings with it-good or bad-some believe single people tend to be healthier than their married counterparts. I personally think you are better off in a healthy marriage.
